To get you ready for a new season, I put together these simple, yet effective steps to revamp your Summer morning routine. After all, Summer means it's time to soak up the sun, right Beachly Babes?

1 - Get your rest, but aim to wake up one hour earlier

Summer is the p e r f e c t time to change your sleeping habits. A restful night sleep and an early rise in the morning will make a huge impact on your energy levels throughout the day. Not to mention, there's something extra magical about waking up with the sunrise.

2 - Light - Water - Movement

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! These are my three must-haves in the morning. The first thing I do when I wake up is open my blinds to let some natural sunlight in. Then I always h y d r a t e ! Especially in the Summer, water and hydration is so important. And within my first hour of being awake, I always try to move my body. Whether it's a light stretch, morning walk, or my favorite yoga flow.

3 - Set the tone for your day with some G O O D V I B E S !
