What is the Beachly Welcome box?

The Beachly Welcome box is offered to first-time Beachly members and is a fully customizable box. Members are able to select 6 of their favorite items from our seasonal selection and also pieces from the Beachly Favorites Collection!

Is the cost $99 per box or $99 per year?

Your Beachly box costs $99 per box for a Seasonal Membership or $84 per box for an Annual Membership. Each box contains $250+ retail value inside, and the boxes are delivered every 3 months (four times per year).

When does the next batch ship?

The Fall Beachly boxes for returning and new members are currently shipping. Don't forget to click the link to Customize Your Box after you checkout.
After you complete your purchase, your box is expected to ship within 4 business days. Once your box ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking. You can also check your scheduled shipping date via the Member Dashboard.

When does Beachly ship and how long does it take to receive my box?

You will be billed for your first box on the day that you sign up, and your box will generally ship within 4 business days* of your billing date. Once your box ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking. Transit times vary depending on where you are located, and can range from 3 - 10 business days. Following your first box, you will be billed every 3 months ($99 plus $5.99 shipping/handling per box). For example, if you signed up on September 1st (Fall box), your next renewal would be on our around December 1st (Winter box), and so on. You may cancel your subscription anytime.

How does customization work?

After your purchase you will see a button on the Order Confirmation page to make your customization selections. If you don't see it, please reach out to Customer Service and we can send you a link to customize. Please note, you only have 24 hours to customize your box, otherwise, we'll curate some great products for you!

How do I cancel my account?

We would hate to see you go, but don’t worry, cancelling your subscription is simple. Head to our contact page and find options to finalize your cancellation in a few easy steps! You may cancel your account anytime, but please note that once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled.
