Happy Friday Beachly Babes! Spring is sooo close - I know you’ve been anxiously awaiting Spring Box spoilers. Don’t worry, they’re coming soon… really soon! Make sure you’re following our Instagram and Facebook to catch the first spoiler on Monday :)

But for now, I thought it would be a good time to share some of my favorite tips to help you Spring Clean from the Inside Out! It’s about to be a new season and a new month, so why not revamp your routine a bit to get ready for it!


Spring Clean


TIP 1 - Get outdoors

If you live close to a beach - consider yourself lucky! And if you don’t, no worries. All that matters is getting outside - adding fresh air and sunshine to your daily routine after a long Winter season can make a huge difference.

TIP 2 - Add some fresh fruits and veggies to your diet

Spring means all new fruits and veggies to munch on. Some of my favorite Spring fruits are kiwis, mango, and pineapple. It’s an extra perk that they’re tropical too! And don’t forget the Springtime veggies too - arugula, parsley, spinach… yum!

TIP 3 - Up that hydration

As the weather starts to warm up, it’s important to stay hydrated. Upping your water intake has an added bonus too - beachy, glowy skin! So drink up and get creative with your hydration - try out some fresh fruit juices too mix it up too.
