What is customization?
Are you new to the Beachly Tribe? If so, you may have already gone through the customization process to create your unique box of goodies. However, if you're not familiar with subscription boxes, customization can be a bit confusing... Allow me to explain!
Customization is where we offer our members a selection of products or variants of individual products to choose from to create a personalized box. Typically, each season we provide 1-3 customization options for returning members, along with a collection of pieces that you are guaranteed to receive!
For example, we may offer a choice between two colors of the same product, allowing you to choose what suits your personal style. This season, we gave our members the option to choose between the Alljoy Beach Towel in either Palm Print or Pineapple Print if it was chosen during customization.
We also offer selections between separate products that allows you to snag goodies that truly excite you! For example, our second tier of customization allows you to choose between either the Hawaiian Shores Tank or the Sandy Cove Packable Hat.
If you're wondering where you can customize your box, let me give you a guided tour! If you're a new Beachly member, you should have been redirected, or will be redirected as soon as you join, to the customization page after checkout. However, if you missed this step, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
For returning members, customization will be available via the Member Dashboard on the Beachly website during a specified time period, usually a few weeks before a new season launch. What are Add-Ons?
Add-ons are always a thrilling addition to every new season, and I can't wait to share everything about them with you! Each season, we offer our members the chance to browse a collection of beachy treasures that can be "added-on" to their season's box.
These products are offered at a heavily discounted price to our members and are shipped alongside the core items in your Beachly box. They're the perfect way to add an extra touch of coastal charm to your already beachy collection.
It's important to note that Beachly add-ons are exclusively available to returning members. While new members can add on some items, it's not the same assortment as our add-ons sale. You can access Add-Ons via the member dashboard during the same period as customization, and we'll notify you when this opportunity becomes available.
Add-ons are an exciting way to enhance your Beachly experience each season. As a returning member, you'll have exclusive access to these products at discounted prices, and we'll always keep you informed about when you can access them via the member dashboard.
