Hey there, beach babes! Are you missing Summer as much as I am? The Fall months are here - and they’re here to stay (at least for a couple more months)! But that doesn’t mean we can’t feel those beachy, warm Summer day vibes when the weather starts to cool down. And I have some exciting things in store to share with you to help make your days even brighter - here’s a clue: Beachly Boutique events!
With the launch of your new favorite store, the Beachly Boutique, we are more excited than ever to invite you to get up close and personal with some of our favorite brands. If you haven’t heard of the surf-obsessed, female-empowered brand Her Waves yet, then I’m here to fill you in on all the exciting details. Pssst - Her Waves is the first brand we will be holding a co-branded pop up shop with at the Beachly Boutique! I have a feeling you’re going to fall in love with their story and coastal-inspired pieces - because here at Beachly, we’re obsessed.

Behind the Brand
Over at Her Waves, it’s all about disrupting the status quo! Started by surfer and entrepreneur Jennipher Marie in 2019, the company has since become her passion project to help support women artists around the world while also creating a style that isn’t your typical beachy style. Jennipher was looking for surf-inspired clothing that was still true to her own personal style. When she wasn’t able to find the perfect match, she reached out to local artists and asked them to collaborate with her and make some beach-inspired designs. Soon enough, Jennipher was consistently getting asked the same question, “where can I get one of those!?” and she knew she was on to something big.
Who is Her Waves?
Her Waves started as, and continues to be a platform for artists, surfers, and creatives to come together and show their passions through their creativity and individual styles. Their mission is to support women both in and out of the water, which over here at Beachly, we can’t get enough of!
The Her Waves Motto
Her Waves was created by women, for women. Her Waves lives and breathes surfing and art expression, and wants to support women from all experience levels! Whether a novice or more established, Her Waves believes that all women deserve a way to express their individuality and passions! What can be much better than that?
What does Her Waves believe in?
The Her Waves mission is to provide a space for women artists to showcase their talents while also creating surfwear that doesn’t fit the typical stereotype of women’s board sports. They want their brand to build up women and their talents, while also showcasing clothing that fits the style for all shapes, colors, and styles.
Giving Back with Her Waves
I’m sure by now you’re loving Her Waves and their story just as much as we do. Right!? What would you say if I let you know that you could give back to a charitable cause while ALSO supporting Her Waves? It’s a dream come true!
This Saturday, September 18th, the Beachly Boutique and Her Waves will be teaming up with the Changing Tides Foundation where a portion of all sales from the pop-up shop will be donated to Changing Tides whose mission is to empower women globally to help protect the planet.

The Changing Tides Foundation was created in the hopes of empowering women to protect the planet. Their vision is to create a community that connects us all to our humanity, kindness, planet, and most of all - each other! Since 2016, Changing Tides has been a growing community of diverse collaborators with a passion for solving global challenges and creating change, and over here at Beachly, we are so excited to be pairing with such an amazing group of innovators and change seekers!
We are honored to have been able to partner with such inspiring, women-driven brands that help build up the confidence of women artists and change-seekers across the globe! Her Waves celebrates the talents of women in surf culture while also kicking stereotypes to the curb.
